 Couldn't they use Google?

The most heat conductive pan is made of copper. That is how you provide more heat to normal cooking pans when boiling water to vaporize it.

Google 'what is the most heat conductive metal given cooking gas' and see the resulting number 1, copper.

Apply that MIT engineering to copper pans please.
