Higer tools and higher

So we have the Higer programming tools in theory; an assembler, compiled language and interpreter and kernel, kernel being a running (1 minute after birthing) AI 4+bot.

Warning: respect an AI baby by not hitting it's kernel until it can run. That is pushing it. Do not push it over. Any push will do. It's not lean with muscle strength.

The above is an introduction to Hogger tools, aka n^(2m)bit tools.

Lets get to those later.

    So thinking about it, n^(2m)bit tools, then you definitively need an interpreter to interpret above m = 3, so for anything above n^(2*2).
